Senior Accountant

Schedule: Full time, onsite Monday through Thursday, work from home Friday Compensation: Up to $110,000 plus bonus potential Employment Type: Direct Hire Advantex Professional Services has partnered with a leading healthcare services organization that operates one of the largest outpatient medical imaging networks in the United States. The company provides diagnostic imaging, radiology, and related healthcare services through hundreds of locations nationwide and continues to expand through growth and acquisitions. We are seeking a Senior Accounting Analyst to join a high visibility accounting team supporting financial reporting, budgeting, analysis, and operational finance initiatives. Responsibilities Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and month end close activities to ensure accurate financial reporting Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial statement preparation Analyze payroll, benefits, and operating expenses while investigating and resolving account discrepancies Partner with Accounting, HR, Operations, and other departments on financial analysis, reporting, and special projects Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives that improve efficiency and reporting accuracy Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field 4+ years of accounting or finance experience in a fast paced environmentStrong understanding of GAAP, account reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and SUMIF functions Strong analytical, communication, and problem solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently Preferred Qualifications Payroll or benefits accounting experience Healthcare industry experience SOX compliance experience This position offers exposure to executive leadership, involvement in budgeting and strategic initiatives, and long term career growth within a collaborative and team oriented environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
