Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to understand client backgrounds, needs, and goals, leading to the development of individualized treatment plans.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches to enhance client engagement and outcomes.

• Regularly evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure that therapeutic goals are being met.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to provide holistic support and ensure that clients receive comprehensive care.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client sessions and progress in accordance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
