Bookkeeper Assistant – Construction Accounting West Palm Beach, FL | Full-Time | $58,000–$65,000 per Year ALL IN ONE Employment Services is recruiting a Bookkeeper Assistant for a growing construction and custom millwork company in West Palm Beach , Florida . This permanent, in-office position is ideal for someone with bookkeeping or accounting experience who wants to build a career in construction accounting . The Bookkeeper Assistant will support the Controller with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, job costing, payroll support, bank reconciliations, financial recordkeeping, and general administrative accounting duties . The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment. Qualifications 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience. Construction accounting experience is a plus. Experience with Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Sage 300 CRE (Timberline), Procore, and Monday.com experience preferred.
