• Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) — No Weekends!

Position Overview

As an Entry-Level Sales and Marketing Representative , you will develop sales and communication skills while representing leading client brands and building relationships with customers.

 

This is a hybrid role that combines in-office collaboration with virtual and in-person customer engagement. Team members spend two days each week in our Long Beach office for training, meetings, and coaching, while the remaining days include virtual team meetings and direct customer interactions within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Represent client brands professionally and effectively
• Deliver engaging, consultative sales presentations
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
• Manage and oversee sales within an assigned territory
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and company goals
• Develop product knowledge, sales skills, and professional communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, or other client-facing roles
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Interest in developing a career in sales, marketing, business development, or leadership
• Willingness to participate in optional travel opportunities

Compensation & Benefits

• Uncapped Earning Potential: Average $800 – $1,500+ per week directly tied to your performance
• Lucrative Commission: Earn $100 – $500 per order (On average, 4–6 orders/week)
