Job Summary:
The Dialysis Unit RN position is located in Burlington, Vermont. This assignment is a 13-week contract working days, with no weekends required. The role involves providing outpatient dialysis care, training patients on home dialysis procedures, and maintaining patient treatment plans using Baxter peritoneal dialysis cycles and NxStage home hemodialysis machines.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week, starting on 07/27/2026.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license through the Texas Multistate license (expires 08/31/2027), at least 1 year of outpatient dialysis experience, prior travel experience, and recent EMR exposure to Epic within the past 2 years. BLS certification is required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Outpatient dialysis experience spanning from 1999 through 2023, including familiarity with Fresenius T machine and Cobe machine, and experience working with patient ratios of 4:1 or 7:1.
• Additional Information: The candidate must have reliable transportation, as public transit is not accessible. The professional should be flexible with schedule adjustments and be willing to float to other locations as needed. All employment gaps exceeding 90 days should be explained. Complete work history detailsincluding bed counts, EMR systems, and facility typesare required for submission.
