Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with clients through various methods, both remote and, when necessary, in-person, to ensure that their emotional and social needs are met.

• Provide crisis intervention in sensitive situations, such as child abuse and severe mental health crises, ensuring immediate support and referrals to appropriate services.

• Research and advocate for community resources, including food security, childcare, and healthcare assistance, improving overall well-being for clients.

• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of client interactions and progress in compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational protocols.

You will primarily work with hospice patients and their families, providing emotional and practical support tailored to individuals facing terminal conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Wider Circle Healthcare Group offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
