Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct evidence-based therapy sessions via synchronous live video, catering to adults experiencing emotional disorders including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues.

• Develop personalized treatment plans by collaboratively assessing clients’ needs and utilizing symptom self-assessments, functional improvement metrics, and goal progress measures.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration by working with other healthcare providers and fellow therapists to ensure comprehensive support for clients.

• Utilize our integrated electronic medical record (EMR) system, which features AI capabilities for task automation, to maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Foster a therapeutic alliance with clients, providing a supportive space for them to process feelings and develop coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will primarily support adults within the hospice care setting. Qualifications\n
