We're hiring a Roving Maintenance Technician to help keep our residential communities safe, functional, and welcoming. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm Location: Seattle, Bothell, Sammamish, Enumclaw, Auburn, Puyallup, Olympia, Bremerton, Port Orchard What We Require:1 year or more of previous experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance, or a related tradeValid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and auto insuranceHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to read, write, and understand EnglishAbility to use a computer and the tracking systems used at the propertyAbility to maintain a professional appearanceWillingness to comply with all safety regulationsAbility to work weekends and non-traditional holidaysAbility to stand, walk, sit, bend, and crouch as neededAbility to lift 50+ lbsRoving requires the ability to travel to all TPS properties. What You'll Do:Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances and moreComplete work orders and prepare units for new residentsRotate on-call for emergency maintenanceOrder supplies and keep accurate recordsMaintain safety and property standards Learn a Little About Us: Tarragon Property Services Tarragon Property Services is a leading company in the property management industry, with a strong focus on providing exceptional services.
