Job Details: Location: Eagan, MN 55121 | Position Type: Full Time | Education Level: None | Salary Range: $20.00 - $22.00 Hourly | Travel Percentage: None | Job Shift: Day | Job Category: Admin - Clerical Northwest Respiratory Services seeks a Patient Intake Specialist for our Eagan, Minnesota location. This person is the first point of contact for our customers, providing empathetic and highly accurate communication in support of their health and quality of life. You will set up their order, verify their insurance coverage, and build trust with our customers, all over the phone. Responsibilities Work with new customers to set up their initial equipment and supply orders. Multi‑task to manage a high volume of calls and faxed orders in a timely and accurate manner. Maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers such as branch managers, nursing home staff, and hospitals. Collaborate with other Intake Specialists to share best practices and complete workload. Gain knowledge in respiratory equipment and interpret it to customers in an understandable way.
