HR Coordinator

Talent Acquisition Coordinator Position Details Duration: 3-month contract Pay Rate: $22.40/hour Location: Onsite - Dallas, TX Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard business hours Position Overview We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a busy Human Resources team with recruiting coordination, onboarding activities, employee programs, and general HR operations. This role will partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR professionals to help ensure a smooth hiring and onboarding experience while providing administrative support across multiple HR functions. Key Responsibilities Support recruiting activities throughout the hiring process Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and onboarding tasks Maintain accurate candidate and employee records Assist with recruiting events, internship programs, and employee development initiatives Support training coordination and learning management activities Prepare reports and assist with HR projects as needed Collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders Ensure confidentiality and accuracy when handling employee information Required Qualifications 1+ year of Human Resources experience or a related internship Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent experience) Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism Preferred Qualifications Experience with one or more of the following is a plus: Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) HRIS or Learning Management Systems SAP SuccessFactors SharePoint LinkedIn Recruiter DocuSign Canva or other content creation tools #J-18808-Ljbffr
