Spanish Speaking Legal Assistant (Hybrid)
$25 per hourMagenheim Zehnder
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and prepare for litigation.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests and responses.
- Provide administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather necessary information for cases.
- Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documentation is complete and accessible.
- Assist in trial preparation by compiling evidence and preparing trial binders.
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Proven experience as a paralegal or in a similar role within a law office environment.
- Strong knowledge of legal case management processes and procedures related to personal injury litigation.
- Proficiency in legal research techniques and tools.
- Excellent legal drafting skills with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
