As Chef de Cuisine of Pete’s Sunset Grille Restaurant, the candidate will assist the Executive Chef in overseeing restaurant culinary operations, ensuring optimum guest and employee satisfaction. The role is designed to allow the individual to act as an independent owner/operator while providing leadership, menu development, and operational excellence.
