About the Role

Lone Star Facility Management LLC, a Texas-based provider of residential and commercial property maintenance and repair services, is expanding into Ohio. We are seeking skilled and reliable Independent Handymen (1099) to join our growing team.

As a self-employed contractor, you will:

Deliver high-quality repair, maintenance, and installation services for both residential and commercial properties.
Operate independently using your own tools and vehicle.
Manage your schedule via company-provided software.
Travel locally within the state to job sites.
Maintain proactive, professional communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general repairs, maintenance, and installations, including:
- Carpentry
- Plumbing (basic)
- Electrical (basic)
- Flooring
- Painting
- Drywall
- Minor structural fixes
Prepare accurate service estimates for repair and replacement projects.
Independently manage scheduling and timelines using company software.
Maintain and organize personal tools and equipment.
Interact professionally with customers to assess needs and provide effective solutions.
Travel locally within Ohio using a personal vehicle.
Demonstrate strong time management and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of experience in general handyman services or multi-trade maintenance (freshers encouraged to apply)
Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
Proficiency in a wide range of home repair and maintenance skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Strong time management and a quality-focused work ethic
Effective problem-solving capabilities
