Registered Nurse - CVICU

$2203.20/week - Job Summary: Provide specialized critical care nursing to patients in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through advanced clinical skills and compassionate care. Responsibilities: Assess and monitor critically ill cardiac patients, responding promptly to changes in clinical status. Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with hospital protocols. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans. Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and progress. Educate patients and families on disease processes, treatments, and recovery expectations. Adhere to all compliance, safety, and infection control standards, including required certifications and licenses. Qualifications: Current Ohio or Compact State registered nursing license in hand at submission. Minimum of 12 months permanent experience in CVICU or critical care setting. Active ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required. Demonstrate proficiency in ECG rhythm recognition through assessment. Ability to work variable shift rotations, including nights and holidays.
