Employment Associate

Glaser Weil is seeking an associate to join our Firm’s sophisticated employment practice. This role provides a unique opportunity for exposure to and experience with representing employers and employees in high-stakes litigation involving all manner of employment and wage‑and‑hour claims, advice and counseling, and workplace investigations. This position is based in our Century City (Los Angeles) office. Attractive Candidates Will Have: 3‑5 years’ experience in employment law Employment litigation experience on the defense or plaintiff side, or both preferred Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills and the ability to develop creative solutions to meet client needs The ability to work independently, prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively Exceptional responsiveness and client service Impeccable written, verbal and advocacy skills with a high level of attention to detail Enthusiasm and demonstrated success working and collaborating in a fast‑paced, high‑stakes environment A can‑do, inclusive, team‑oriented attitude and self‑starter mindset Excellent academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school Hands‑on experience. The base compensation range for this position is $230,000 - $280,000. These numbers do not reflect a successful candidate’s total compensation. Base compensation is only the guaranteed component of the total compensation package and does not include discretionary bonuses and the other career‑enhancing opportunities of joining the Firm.
