Business Support, Facilities Support - JLL

This position will be responsible for supporting the operations of the shipping and receiving department by:

-Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming and outgoing mail and packages within the facility.

-Trained to operate mail processing equipment, maintain tracking records, and ensure smooth, efficient interoffice communication.

-This role requires strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to lift medium weight packages.

In addition,

-Maintain and manage the physical environment of the facility by performing minor building maintenance- light bulb replacement, furniture repair

-Ensure spaces are clean, safe, and fully operational.

-Handle event setups, maintain inventory and supplies, and execute routine safety checks and inspections of the site.

Location: Warrendale, PA

Shift: 1st shift
