Ranked the #1 firm to work for in 2025 by Zweig Group and Verdantas employees , you won't be just joining a firm; you'll be investing in a strong foundation for your careerWhat you'll do:Conduct field oversight and documentation for various environmental tasks, including drilling, groundwater sampling, site assessments, and remedial activitiesConduct field sampling of environmental media, including soil, water, air, and waste materialsOversee drilling and remediation subcontractors on-siteCollaborate with field teams, subcontractors, and laboratory analystsManage environmental data and laboratory results using Microsoft ExcelReview soil, water, and air data from commercial laboratories and compare results against regulatory criteriaInterpret field and laboratory quality control (QC) data, including blanks, control samples, instrument calibrations, and chromatograms, to ensure data quality objectives are metPreliminary preparation of technical reports for investigation and assessment activitiesWhat you bring:0–4 years of relevant work experienceBachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geology, or a related fieldProficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., data filtering/sorting, pivot tables, lookup functions, conditional formatting)Strong oral and written communication skills, including technical writingSalary Range:55,000.00 - 60,000.00Benefits:Flexible Work EnvironmentPaid Parental LeaveMedicalDentalVisionLife and AD&D InsuranceShort-Term and Long-Term Disability401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time Off + HolidaysVerdantas strives to develop new ways to increase diversity awareness within our organization.
