Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Serenity of Hope, you will work with a diverse client base that includes individuals from various backgrounds, ages, and experiences. We serve those grappling with emotional, psychological, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license/certification in the state of California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of professional experience working directly with individuals facing emotional or mental health challenges.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to establish rapport and trust quickly with clients.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
