Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health issues and concerns, employing a range of evidence-based diagnostic tools and communication techniques.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions through our telehealth platform, utilizing modalities best suited to your clients, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

• Maintain regular and open communication with clients throughout the treatment process, using feedback to adapt therapeutic approaches as necessary.

• Document therapy sessions comprehensively and adhere to required ethical and regulatory standards to ensure client confidentiality and care integrity.

The clients you will serve primarily include individuals experiencing anxiety and depression, ranging from mild to severe cases. You may also engage with clients dealing with trauma, stress-related issues, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid license in Arizona as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
