Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Circle of Care, you will:

• Develop and implement personalized, recovery-oriented treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Conduct ongoing assessments of clients' mental health status and treatment effectiveness, adjusting plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Facilitate the creation and execution of Individual Service Plans that outline client goals, intervention strategies, and progress monitoring.

• Guide clients in enhancing essential skills, such as coping, problem-solving, and communication techniques, to support their recovery journey.

• Educate clients about available community services, advocating for their connection to additional resources for comprehensive support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on individuals aged 18 and older who face various mental health issues that may affect their ability to function independently within their communities. As a counselor, you will engage with clients experiencing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and more. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing their quality of life, promoting healing, and fostering personal growth.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current state license as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• The ability to practice independently without supervision, ensuring high-quality, self-directed care.

• No disciplinary actions on your professional license, demonstrating a commitment to ethical practice.

• Proficiency in technological tools necessary for telehealth services, complemented by a reliable Wi-Fi connection.

Compensation and Benefits\n
