IT Support TechnicianThis role at Lunar Energy will be varied and exciting, working alongside both a local and international team. We're a fast-growing, global company building the world's best clean energy products to electrify all homes and connect communities to form clean, resilient virtual power plants.On a given day at Lunar, you'll likely:Provide 1st/2nd line support to colleagues concerning issues with their devices or using any of the company's SaaS platformsProcure equipment for new hires, provision accounts, or handle employee on/off-boardingIdentify issues with and optimize IT processesUse AI tools to speed up troubleshooting, automate repetitive tasks, and streamline documentationEnsure smooth delivery and operation of IT services by monitoring system performanceResearch and recommend new products or servicesDay-to-day user supportOffice systems support (video conferencing, room booking, access control, media systems)User onboarding/offboarding and basic trainingDocumentation of new and existing platforms & processesProblem determination of network and connectivity issuesDevice procurement for various types of service requestsMonitoring of endpoint management and security tools, proactively remediating issuesMaintaining an inventory process, maintaining storage cleanlinessVarious projects to streamline all the above, automate processes, improve security etcDesired Skills:Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk and present to a range of audiencesAbility to strive for an excellent customer experience while driving resultsExcellent attention to detail and a methodical approachA passion for creating solutions with a positive attitude to changeThe ability to work under pressure on multiple projects within your project timeframesExcellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence-based approachmacOS and Windows device support & managementFamiliarity with Google Workspace & SlackFamiliarity with MDM solutionsNetwork troubleshooting - DHCP, DNS, VLANs, VPNsFamiliarity with Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, etc)Okta administrationScripting (Python, Bash, Powershell)Azure ADKandjiIntune/Endpoint ManagerBenefits:We're dedicated to creating a remarkable employee experience. The salary range estimate for this position depending on level of experience is $75,000 - $90,000 USDThe actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package & benefits, will be at the company's sole discretion, and determined by factors including but not limited to years of experience, job level, geographic location, and other relevant business considerations.
