Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly clinical supervision for practicum students in alignment with their education and career advancement, offering guidance, feedback, and support in a professional setting.

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy services tailored to the needs of individuals, couples, and families, addressing a wide range of mental health issues.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and community resources to ensure comprehensive care, contributing to a holistic approach to treatment.

• Participate in the formulation and implementation of effective treatment plans, ensuring they are adaptable to the evolving needs of clients.

• Document client interactions, treatment progress, and adhered protocols accurately, maintaining compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The role predominantly involves working with diverse client demographics, serving individuals from various backgrounds with an array of needs, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other mental health challenges. You will be responsible for tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet these unique needs, fostering a sense of safety and understanding in each client interaction.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling.

• A valid state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling setting, with direct experience providing therapy and supervision.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• An annual compensation range of $120,000 to $140,000, combined with a sign-on bonus of $3,000.
