Join Henry Ford Health as a Clerk - Non Clinical, where you'll play an important role in keeping daily operations running smoothly. This position provides administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations while delivering excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and team members.

As a Clerk - Non Clinical, you'll provide a variety of administrative support services, including:

• Prepare, type, and distribute correspondence, reports, forms, presentations, and other documents.
• Answer phones, respond to emails, greet visitors, and assist with general inquiries.
• Coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events, including scheduling and preparation.
• Maintain organized filing systems and manage office records.
• Order, stock, and monitor office supplies.
• Enter and update information in electronic databases while verifying accuracy and correcting discrepancies.
• Support the daily administrative needs of the department and assist team members with special projects as needed.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications and data entry.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous clerical, administrative, or office support experience.
• Experience working in a healthcare or medical office setting.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records or healthcare information systems.
