Sales Manager (OEM)

- Responsible for developing and maintaining OEM cooperation with local flooring distributors, building material retailers and project purchasers, achieving annual sales targets and expanding market share.
- Conduct market research on local flooring industry trends, customer demands and competitor dynamics, and provide targeted OEM product solutions to clients.
- Negotiate OEM contracts with overseas clients, clarify product specifications, pricing, delivery terms and after-sales service clauses, and ensure smooth execution of cooperation projects.
- Coordinate with internal production, logistics and quality control teams to ensure on-time delivery of OEM orders and compliance with international product standards (e.g., EU E0 certification).
- Collect feedback from overseas clients on product quality and service, and put forward optimization suggestions to improve customer satisfaction and long-term cooperation stickiness. 1.
