Make an immediate impact supporting students’ communication growth as a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist! A contract opportunity is available for a dynamic clinician looking to serve in a school-based setting near Cibolo, TX. This position offers the chance to work on-site across multiple campuses within a vibrant educational community starting in August 2026 through late May 2027.
As a valued member of the educational support team, you’ll address a variety of speech and language needs, collaborating with administrators, teachers, and families to foster student success. Whether you’re a seasoned clinician or a Clinical Fellow (CFY) seeking supervision, your expertise will help nurture students’ abilities and confidence.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFY supervision provided)
- Current SLP professional license in Texas (required prior to start)
- Must complete fingerprinting and background check according to state/school policy
- Ability to travel between assigned campuses within the cluster, as needed
- Experience in schools or with pediatric populations highly valued
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for a diverse caseload of students (specific age groups TBD)
- Develop and implement effective, individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with general/special education staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Document student progress and maintain compliance with all district/state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and support student transition goals
