That's exactly what we're doing with dental care.

The Role

New York's General Manager is the "CEO of the city": driving growth, operations, and everything in between. This role sits at the intersection of spreadsheets and sidewalks: owning the P&L, leading the team, delivering the experience, and turning New Yorkers into members while making the brand part of the city.

What you’ll do

Own New York's P&L: Manage the local city budget, profit margins, and financial forecasting.

Grow our local team: Lead, hire, train, and develop our local operations and clinical team.

Ensure operational excellence: Oversee the studio leaders' and clinical team's performance. Manage supplies and logistics to ensure our supply side operations are keeping up with demand and that our team is providing an exceptional experience for our members.

Deepen our footprint in the city: When a market operates successfully, we need more supply. This means knowing when and how to launch new studios and take them from launch day to full stride as quickly as possible.

Initiate creative (local) marketing: Design and execute hyper-local growth campaigns and local partnerships that put Wally in front of new members: influencers, employers, gyms, buildings, and neighborhood businesses.

Manage key relationships (and details): Handle the local realities a growing retail healthcare business runs into: licensing, inspections, landlords and co-working space teams, and whatever else the city produces this week.

Work with the HQ: Translate local product, feature, and process requirements to our HQ team.

What you need to have

Professional Background: 5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, high-growth tech, fast-growing start-up operations, or marketing management.

Analytical Mindset: A data-driven decision-making mentality coupled with strong business judgment.

Hustle & Execution: A creative, solutions-driven mindset with a relentless "get things done" bias toward action. No clinical experience needed, just fierce curiosity to learn an industry you may know nothing about.

You know New York: the neighborhoods, the commutes, and what makes someone choose one studio over another.

Networking & Business Development: Relationship-building skills to forge high-impact local partnerships.

Pain tolerance to change an industry: A love for solving problems and a drive to create transformational, lasting impact no matter how hard it is.
