HH Staffing is seeking a Talent Agent to join a growing team! Property Management industry knowledge preferred 5 to 7 years of Recruiting experience Position: Talent Agent Location: Plantation, FL (Onsite) Pay: $65k to $70k/year + commission! Experience: Property Management industry knowledge preferred 5 to 7 years of Recruiting experience Type: Full-time; Direct Hire Schedule: Monday - Friday Job Description Interview prospective candidates to evaluate potential and quality Efficiently conduct high-volume recruiting Maintain accurate data and notes in a CRM (or other similar database) Conduct a high volume of selling aligned with business plans Formally present, pitch, and propose products and services to clients as solutions to established problems Conduct post-close administrative procedures Elicit confidence from prospects and leads 25-30 ints/wk, 12-15 submittals/wk, lots of outbound sourcing, 5-10 connects/day Work on contract and contract-to-hire submittals Position Requirements Must have a good work ethic Must be able to meet and/or exceed KPI’s Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Aptitude for identifying and finding solutions to challenges Possess close attention to detail Bilingual is a plus but not required HH Staffing is part of Array Corporation, the leading technology-enabled workforce solutions company whose mission is to fix how work is bought, sold and delivered to enable access to the American Dream.
