Metro Detroit Area | Full-Time

A rapidly growing organization in the Metro Detroit area is seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead brand awareness, content strategy, and digital marketing initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to shape marketing efforts across multiple channels while helping drive audience growth, engagement, and business performance.

We're looking for someone who combines strong creative instincts with analytical thinking—an individual who can develop compelling content, execute successful campaigns, and use data to continually optimize results.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that support brand growth and business objectives.
• Create engaging content across digital channels, including social media, email marketing, blogs, video, and website content.
• Manage and maintain content calendars, campaign schedules, and audience engagement initiatives.
• Oversee social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns.
• Improve website and content visibility through SEO best practices and content optimization.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics including engagement, traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams, creative partners, and external vendors to execute marketing initiatives.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, social media management, or a related role.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
• Experience managing social media platforms and interpreting performance analytics.
• Familiarity with paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Working knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing best practices.
• Experience using content creation, design, or video editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
