Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Live Freely, your daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting insightful individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, focusing on client-centered techniques to support diverse needs.

• Assessing clients’ mental health status through diagnostic interviews, identifying their strengths, challenges, and specific treatment needs.
\n
• Developing comprehensive, personalized treatment plans that effectively align with each client's goals and therapeutic objectives.
\n
• Employing a range of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and systemic family therapy.
\n
• Collaborating actively with multidisciplinary team members to ensure an integrated approach to care, enhancing the effectiveness of treatment processes.
\n
• Maintaining diligent, accurate, and timely documentation of clinical notes and client progress as per professional and ethical standards.

• Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and emerging trends in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise in therapy will be applied to a varied patient demographic, including individuals and families dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Your role is pivotal in fostering trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring they feel secure and heard throughout their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Maryland.

• A minimum of two (2) years post-licensure experience in providing clinical social work services.

• Expertise in conducting diagnostic assessments and creating effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with a talent for establishing rapport and connection with diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
