Procurement Coordinator

Meador, an Openwork Company, is currently engaged in a search to find a Contract-to-Hire Procurement Coordinator for a company located in the Webster area (77058). As the Procurement Coordinator, you will: Prepare and process purchase orders; track requisitions and contracts. Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates to determine the best bid among potential suppliers. Identify suppliers through market research, trade events, and databases; assess quality, reliability, and pricing. Ensure adherence to internal policies, audit requirements, and regulatory frameworks; develop risk mitigation procedures. Perform buying duties when necessary. Provide excellent customer service on demand. Immediate and continual communication with the customer is expected throughout. Interact with customers in providing information to organizations concerning products, services, and process documentation. At all times perform duties in a professional and courteous manner.
