Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations, developing individualized therapy strategies for clients to address their unique needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, tailoring approaches to suit client preferences and circumstances.

• Deliver therapy in various formats, including individual, couples, families, and group sessions, fostering a supportive therapeutic environment at all times.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, leveraging electronic medical record (EMR) software to enhance client care.

• Engage in continuous professional development activities such as workshops and training sessions to stay at the forefront of mental health best practices.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, contributing to holistic treatment plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic perspectives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is essential.

• Demonstrated knowledge of legal and ethical standards in mental health care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $100,000 annually, plus an attractive sign-on bonus. Our compensation package includes:
