POSITION SUMMARY

LaborMAX Staffing is seeking an experienced Overhead Crane Operator to join our client’s team on 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will have experience safely operating overhead cranes while moving and positioning heavy materials. Must be able to train on 1st shift.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Safely operate overhead cranes to lift, move, and position materials
Inspect crane equipment and lifting devices before use
Properly secure and balance loads
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors during crane operations
Load and unload materials as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Perform other general labor duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous overhead crane operating experience preferred
Ability to safely lift and move heavy materials
Good understanding of workplace safety procedures
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Crane certification or documented training is a plus
