Regional Sales Manager – Specialty Building Products I'm partnering with a leading specialty building products business looking to appoint an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow its Texas market. This is a senior commercial leadership position with responsibility for revenue growth, gross margin, market share, key customer relationships and the development of a high-performing outside sales team . The Role Lead and develop a team of outside / territory sales professionals Own regional revenue, margin and growth targets Develop and execute the Texas sales strategy Grow existing accounts while identifying new market opportunities Build relationships with distributors, dealers, contractors and builders Manage pricing, forecasting, pipeline and commercial performance Recruit, coach and develop sales talent Work closely with branch, operations and executive leadership Increase market share across key Texas territories Ideal Background We're particularly interested in candidates from: Roofing / Waterproofing Siding / Exterior Building Products Insulation Drywall / Gypsum / Ceilings Windows / Doors LBM Other specialty building products Candidates should have a proven track record within B2B building materials sales , ideally selling through distribution and into professional contractor, dealer or builder customers. Previous experience as a Regional Sales Manager, District Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, Market Sales Manager or senior Territory Sales Manager would be particularly relevant.
