Senior Director of Marketing

Experienced marketers will find a full-time remote opportunity as the Senior Director of Marketing, responsible for building and leading growth marketing and account-based marketing initiatives, managing campaign execution, and developing a marketing team from the ground up. Key Responsibilities Own the campaign calendar and reporting for existing customers, driving adoption and utilization through targeted marketing efforts Build and maintain the account-based marketing foundation, including automation processes for identifying and engaging target accounts Design and implement operating processes for the growth marketing function while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment Required Qualifications 7+ years of hands-on experience in B2B growth marketing and account-based marketing Direct experience with HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform, including building lifecycle stages and nurture sequences Proven track record of establishing a marketing function or program from scratch without existing frameworks Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights Highly organized with effective project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities in a remote setting
