Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of students' mental health needs through interviews, observations, and standardized tools, crafting comprehensive psychological profiles.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans that encompass therapeutic interventions, progress tracking, and adjustments based on ongoing evaluations.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and workshops for students to promote interpersonal skills, emotional regulation, and resilience.

• Collaborate closely with teachers, school counselors, and parents to coordinate support strategies and interventions that address both academic and emotional challenges.

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, including risk assessment and safety planning for high-risk cases.

• Stay updated on the latest research in mental health practices, ensuring that our therapy methods are evidence-based and effective.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on school-aged children and adolescents, ranging from kindergarten through high school. You will work with a diverse population that may include students facing issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and trauma. Your ability to connect with and understand these young individuals is crucial in developing effective therapeutic relationships and facilitating their emotional recovery and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Nevada.

• Demonstrated strong clinical skills, particularly in working with children and adolescents.

Compensation and Benefits\n
