Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments and create tailored individualized therapy plans that address each client’s unique needs.

• Facilitate individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Regularly review and document client progress, maintaining precise and confidential clinical records in adherence to ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with fellow team members in case consultations and interdisciplinary meetings to enhance the holistic care for clients.

• Stay updated on mental health research and best practices by actively participating in professional development workshops and continuing education opportunities.

In this role, you will serve a diverse population that may include adults, children, and adolescents, with varying mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unconditional licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Nevada.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities and their application in real-world scenarios.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, with additional opportunities for bonuses based on performance.
