The Company is in search of a Managing Director for Strategy and AI. This senior leadership position is pivotal in driving business growth, leading transformation, and integrating AI across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for combining enterprise strategy with commercial and operational leadership, with a focus on identifying new growth opportunities and translating emerging technology and AI capabilities into tangible business value. Core skills required for this role include enterprise strategy and transformation, AI strategy, innovation, and adoption, as well as a strong background in commercial growth, new business development, and P&L and operational leadership. The role involves close collaboration with executive leadership to shape the firm's growth strategy, identify new market opportunities, and develop AI-enabled capabilities that enhance both client offerings and internal operations. The Managing Director will also lead cross-functional transformation initiatives, ensuring a smooth transition from strategy to execution and establishing scalable approaches to AI adoption, innovation, and commercialization. As a senior commercial leader, the focus will be on balancing long-term strategic vision with P&L accountability, building new revenue opportunities, and ensuring that investments in AI and technology translate into measurable business impact.
