The Senior Vice President of People Operations is responsible for leading the full spectrum of People functions across the organization. This includes talent acquisition, total rewards, culture, organizational design, compliance, and M&A integration. Reporting directly to the COO, this leader will serve as a strategic partner to the Executive Leadership Team and drive key business transformation initiatives. This is a pivotal role for a leader who excels at both the strategic leadership level and in detailed operational tasks. They should be capable of formulating long-term people strategies while also being willing to engage in hands-on tasks like designing processes, coaching managers, and addressing complex employee matters. Success in this position requires a unique combination of visionary thinking, practical execution, and the ability to influence outcomes within a fast-paced, matrixed organization. Strategic Leadership Define and implement a comprehensive People Operations strategy that supports business growth and transformation. Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, COO, and Executive Leadership Team on talent, culture, organizational design, and change management. Collaborate with Finance to create alignments around workforce planning and headcount strategies. Lead people strategies during M&A activities, including cultural assessments and integration processes. Create an HR metrics framework that empowers data-driven decision-making across all leadership levels. Operational Excellence Develop and mentor the People Operations team while ensuring tight collaboration with Payroll and Accounting for accuracy and efficiency. Build and refine the People Operations Team Charter, goals, and operational rhythms. Establish and enhance standard operating procedures across all People Operations functions. Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, partnering with legal counsel as needed. Manage Total Rewards including compensation structures and competitive benefits programs. Culture, Talent & Engagement Implement company culture initiatives that enhance employee engagement and foster a connected workforce. Guide and support leaders on talent management and organizational design strategies. Advocate for an inclusive workplace where every employee feels valued and empowered. Work with leaders to construct teams and roles that address business scaling needs. What You Have Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Over 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience in dynamic, growth-oriented environments. Experience directing the HR function strategically and advising senior leaders. Proven ability to execute both strategically and tactically, developing and implementing effective initiatives. Deep understanding of the influence of People decisions on business results. Strong track record of building trust and transparency within teams. Experience in managing budget and key financial metrics within the People Operations function. Proficient in modern HR technology and analytics tools. Preferred experience in managing the people aspects of M&A processes. Compensation, Benefits & Perks We value the hard work that our team puts in and invest in our employees’ well-being.
