Full-Time Facilities Supply Coordinator position available in North Chicago, IL (near Wells Corners)

Daytime Hours, Bi-Weekly Pay, 40 Hours per Week

The Inventory & Supply Coordinator is responsible for maintaining adequate inventory levels of janitorial supplies and materials across designated locations. This role conducts daily inventory checks of janitorial closets, places orders for replenishment as needed, receives incoming shipments, and ensures materials are accurately stocked and organized.

Compensation & Hours:

• B and B Maintenance offers competitive hourly salaries based on experience and skill set. The pay range for this position is $20/hour.
• Full time employees are eligible for benefits after 60 days of employment which includes: medical/dental/vision/life insurance, PTO (paid time off), & 6 paid holidays.
• Equity Participation: This role is eligible to participate in the company’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), providing the opportunity to earn equity and share in the long-term growth and success of the business.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation and the ability to use a personal vehicle for work-related driving are required .
• Must be comfortable using a company-provided tablet to place orders, update inventory information, and communicate with supervisors and team members.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English sufficient to communicate with team members, follow written instructions, and complete required documentation.
• Dependable, Punctual, Detail Oriented.
• Complete Background Check, Drug Test, & E-Verify.
• Knowledge of basic technology, able to access websites, emails, & trainings from both a computer and smart phone.
