About the Role We are seeking a motivated and highly organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate is a proactive self‑starter with a strong sense of integrity, excellent attention to detail, and a flexible, solutions‑focused mindset. In this key role, you’ll ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our day‑to‑day financial operations while collaborating closely with our finance and operations teams. Your contribution will be vital to maintaining the financial health and compliance of the organization. Key Responsibilities Process high volumes of vendor invoices and accounting transactions. Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks Online (required). Complete monthly bank reconciliations. Perform debtor and creditor reconciliations. Reconcile corporate credit card accounts. Investigate and resolve reconciliation differences. Assist with month‑end close and other accounting functions. Qualifications Experience with high-volume transaction processing. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
