Job Duties and Responsibilities: Process bi-weekly payrolls for salaried and hourly employees entering all necessary payroll items in the ADP system in a timely & accurate manner. Reviews timecards to ensure accuracy and ensure they are approved and signed off. Enters all appropriate payroll deductions. Processes all PTO payouts. Review register prior to running payroll to ensure accuracy. Assists managers with timecard editing when necessary. Runs all appropriate payroll reports and saves in appropriate folders. Print and prepares check requests for ADP invoices and agencies on a biweekly basis. Uploads union dues each pay period to FTP site. Produce payroll-related reports. Distributes paychecks on pay day. Reviews discrepancies with employees and corrects on supplemental payroll run. Processes all child support and wage garnishments and notifies employee. Education and Qualifications: 5 years' experience with processing payroll; working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now payroll program and Workforce Manager time and attendance system strong excel skills a must. Familiarity/experience with union contracts is strongly preferred.
