PeopleShare has an opening for a Medical Billing Specialist with a global healthcare company in Malvern, PA. In this position, you would be communicating with commercial insurance companies by phone and online portal to resolve patient accounts.

Medical Billing Specialist Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
• Pay Rate: $19 to $20/hour
• Hybrid schedule, must reside within driving distance of Malvern, PA

Medical Billing Specialist Job Description:

• Contacting insurance companies by phone to resolve outstanding balances
• Submitting resubmissions/appeals and tracking progress
• Utilize payor portals to research and process claims on the back end
• Work claims throughout the month, tracking progress and following up as necessary
• Collaborate with internal teams and healthcare professionals to ensure claim resolution

Medical Billing Job Requirements:

• High School diploma required
• Previous administrative or office experience preferred
