Role Overview The Pastry Sous Chef supports the Executive Pastry Chef in leading our pastry department, ensuring high‑quality production, recipe development, and staff supervision. This is a hands‑on role blending leadership with production responsibilities in a fast‑paced, high‑volume kitchen.
