We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruiting for internal corporate positions. Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, this role is ideal for a resourceful recruiter who can manage multiple searches, identify strong talent quickly, build trusted relationships, and use technology and AI to improve recruiting outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through accepted offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements, candidate profiles, priorities, and timelines.
• Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, networking, internal databases, and Boolean searches.
• Review resumes and conduct interviews to assess experience, skills, motivation, communication, and overall fit.
• Build talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, references, offers, and pre-employment activities.
• Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation, and recruiting trends.
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
• Support employer branding, employee referrals, internships, and other talent initiatives.

Technology and AI

Technology is an important part of how we recruit. In this role, you will:

• Use platforms such as Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Microsoft 365.
• Use approved AI tools to support sourcing, research, job descriptions, recruiting communications, interview preparation, and workflow efficiency.
• Apply Boolean logic, filters, databases, and digital research techniques to identify hard-to-find talent.
• Evaluate new recruiting technologies and identify opportunities to automate repetitive work.
• Use AI responsibly, maintaining confidentiality, data privacy, accuracy, and human oversight.

What We’re Looking For

• Two or more years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
• Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong technical aptitude and confidence learning new recruiting tools.
• Experience using AI to improve research, communication, productivity, or recruiting workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leaders.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, urgency, and follow-through.
• A proactive, resourceful approach and willingness to continually improve how recruiting gets done.

Preferred Experience

• Internal recruiting experience within staffing, consulting, professional services, or another fast-paced organization.
• Experience recruiting recruiters, sales professionals, account managers, or other revenue-generating roles.
• Experience with Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and advanced Boolean search.
• Experience with generative AI, recruiting automation, or talent acquisition analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

You build strong partnerships with hiring managers, develop consistent pipelines of qualified candidates, and keep searches moving with urgency. You communicate early, follow through, and make sound decisions without waiting for every detail to be perfect.

You understand that technology can make recruiting more efficient, but great hiring still depends on judgment, relationships, communication, and a strong candidate experience.
