Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring an ethical and compassionate approach to mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse group of stable, low-acuity adults who present with a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and stress-related issues. Our goal is to provide effective support while helping clients develop essential life skills that enhance their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Must hold one of the following active licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses; applicants must not have any disciplinary actions on their record.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a capacity for empathy and active listening.

• Strong proficiency in technology, including experience with telehealth platforms and client management systems.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, previous experience in telehealth is highly valued. Familiarity with solution-focused therapy and prior work with low-acuity adults will be advantageous in this role. Experience in working within remote teams is also a plus, as collaboration and communication are key to success in our practice.
