Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to thoroughly understand each client's mental health concerns and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based individual therapy tailored to the unique needs of each client, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other appropriate modalities.

• Engage clients in establishing therapeutic goals, revisiting and adjusting them as needed to monitor progress and facilitate growth throughout the treatment process.

• Offer flexible teletherapy options, catering to clients who may require virtual sessions due to accessibility challenges or personal preference.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards, including treatment notes and progress reports.
