Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will be responsible for a diverse range of therapeutic activities, including:

• Conducting joint and individual therapy sessions with couples and families to address various personal and relational issues.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to treat common problems such as alcohol and substance dependency, signs of abuse, grief, life transitions, chronic stress, and complex family relationship dynamics.

• Utilizing advanced therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), to guide clients through their healing process.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans in compliance with clinic policies and state regulations.
