Credit Analyst – Hybrid (4 Days In-Office, 1 Days Remote) | Full Benefits We are seeking a Credit Analyst to join our growing team. This hybrid role (4 days in-office, 1 days remote) combines financial analysis with customer interaction , making it ideal for professionals who excel in both data-driven decision-making and client communication . Key Responsibilities: Analyze financial statements and credit profiles to assess risk and determine eligibility for small business financing. Communicate directly with business owners to gather necessary information and provide guidance throughout the funding process. Collaborate with the sales and underwriting teams to structure financing solutions that align with company policies and risk guidelines. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess financial data and risk factors. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with business owners and internal teams. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
