Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health situations and challenges, forming tailored treatment strategies based on clinical evidence.

• Engage clients in therapy sessions that may be individual, group-based, or family-oriented, ensuring you apply therapeutic practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Work collaboratively with other professionals, including case managers and psychiatrists, to provide well-rounded and holistic support to clients, coordinating care through regular team meetings and case reviews.

• Respond to crisis situations by applying effective intervention strategies, assisting clients in managing acute emotional distress with compassion and a structured approach.

• Participate in outreach programs and workshops to educate the community on mental health issues, aiming to normalize discussions and enhance awareness of available resources.

Qualifications\n

• A current independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology .

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create strong therapeutic relationships with clients from varied backgrounds.
