Join EY and help to build a better working world. Key Responsibilities Deep knowledge and understanding of EY’s Global Assurance technology, including the AI‑powered platform. Unrivaled skills in communication, coaching, and developing differentiated value propositions – applying these on accounts and strategic pursuits. Skilled in working with senior stakeholders across the Executive Layer and other functions across EY. Support EY’s Assurance Digital team, including Product Management, through change management, digitalization, and experience transformation. Coaching on strategic pursuits and development of go‑to‑market enablement and competitor intelligence. Facilitate the market‑facing deployment of EY’s AI‑powered platform across EY’s Top End Invest to Win program of audit pursuits. Gather, leverage, and share best practices from recent top‑end pursuit wins and industrialize these approaches at scale across EY’s Assurance network. Look for synergies across Service Lines and define an exceptional client experience. Detailed Responsibilities Change: Enable a program of change management across Global Assurance, including deep knowledge of technology and alignment with methodology and deployment roadmap; and significant experience working with Pursuits and other Clients & Industries teams. Growth: Drive digitalization of EY’s Vanguard and Premier / Strategic accounts and top‑end pursuits, leveraging knowledge of digital products and the competitor landscape to convince teams to deploy EY’s Assurance technology. Experience: Embed technology to transform the experience for EY people and clients, facilitating client‑facing innovation sessions and technology showcases. Skills and Attributes for Success Strong knowledge of EY’s global Assurance Digital assets or comparable technologies. Experience in a go‑to‑market / pursuits / activation / implementation role is preferred. Excellent interpersonal and team‑working skills across matrixed client teams, senior EY stakeholders, alliances, suppliers, and geographically dispersed virtual teams. Strong fluent English language skills (spoken and written). 12+ years of experience in Assurance or Assurance‑adjacent roles. What we offer you (United States) Base salary range for this job: $228,600 to $452,600; higher ranges for certain metro areas.
